By accessing or using Pick a Feature, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Pick a Feature provides a Flutter SDK and web dashboard that allows developers to collect feature requests, votes, and feedback from their app users.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our service. This includes attempting to access systems you are not authorized to use, interfering with the service, or using it for any illegal purpose.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you and your users submit through our service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
